This is absolutely fascinating to me – how businesses adapt to millennials rather than vice versa. With jobs at a premium, why does big business kowtow to this? Not every job is going to have the benefits of a Google or Facebook. So again, someone tell me, how do they get away with this? In news, we managers have to act as boss and parent to millennials. They’re an entirely different breed. Either adapt of step aside. Please comment – it’s so lonely here!
